Looks very, very nice, but considering the time and money you've already put into it - dump the thumbscrew chuck and get yourself a nice self centering scroll or pin chuck. It's very much worth the money.

Ive got about sixty bucks in it Im a machinist buy trade I got the junk aluminum laying around the shop I made the chuck thats on it now It turns really true youd be suprised.but ill consider getting a chuck what do you recommend a psi chuck?eveything on It I made on the lathes and mills except the screws and motors of course.

The Taig chucks that PSI sells are actually quite good for use on rod lathes and wrappers. Very nice, really. I think they run about $50 to $70 for the 3 jaw self centering. They just make it so much quicker to get a rod blank or accessory chuck up and running true. Mere seconds. But I'm sure you already know that.
