Hi Mark, I Jay new to the art of rod wrapping. I must say this is outstanding work. Tell me something how many hours did it take you to do this project and where can I get a copy of that book on this photo? Looks like good reading material.

G'Day Javan. Thanks for the compliment. The book is called Custom Rod Thread Art by Dale Clemens. You should be able to get it through Mudhole or Anglers Workshop in the US. It is the "bible" for this type of thread art. It takes you right through the basics and contains over 100 patterns. I have been building for about 10 years now and this wrap took approximately 6-8 hours. Because it is a "closed" wrap there are additional difficulties.
