Tom, I enjoy building my own equipment about as much as I enjoy building rods. Great fun, isn't it. You'll probably end up modifiying it half a hundred times, at least I did. Stan

Yes Stan, it's a great hobby. I had lots of fun building this thing. Got my ideas from the board. I added the spring not to long ago. Still trying to figure out just the right amount off tension, then trying to repeat it after changing threads. Sometimes I take a phone book and and slip the thread through like in the books so I get the feel, so I don't get the thread to tight on the jig. Thanks for the reply. Tom

I built many rods on a similar jig and like Stan said you'll you will have a lot of fun modifying it. Great Job! You are on your way to becomming an hopeless
addict just like the rest of us!! LOL
