Steve Mcleod Steve Mcleod Registered: March 2012 Location: Jersey Channel Islands Posts: 367	50 x 125 ncp size a threads for the design.I'm posting this one because i was asked by adam curtis if i could do an angler with a bent rod with a sunset when he commented on the elephants sunset weave. This is a sample i did years ago when i bought a pattern from Dale Clemens. It's a single layer weave called "Surf Fishing Scene" and it's by Frank Oakes. I think there was a small boat in the scene too, but i left that out. Anyway, i think this is a great pattern and i've done this weave on several rods. Thank you frank.

That's funny - This was the first weave that I ever attempted but in silhouette. Nice job lol

Thanks Ken, what a coincedance ha ha! that brought back a memory for you. This was an early pattern for me too when i first started weaving. I did it in silhoette at first, but as i got better i tried out this version.

No idea how I missed this, made sure to keep an eye out too. Thats beyond what I was thinking, with the birds being a great touch. That really is cool. Thank you for posting Steve!
