What thread is that for the Spider & the last pass? I like that one a lot. After you CP & poxy it, let me know if you see any bleed through where the lighter color passes over teh darker towards teh end of the wrap. I assume you used Gudebrod for the Blues, Navy, Dark, Blue & Light? Nice job.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Billy, the thread used for the Spider was Gudebrod Electra metallic silver size "A" and size "D" for the last pass. The blue threads are shades of Madeira. This was the first wrap that I did using anything other than NCP. It was also my first experience with CP. Unfortunately, it did not take well to the epoxy and I ended up redoing the whole rod. The second time I shaded the background darker. With some help from Mike M. and new CP that he gave me, the rod turned out very nice. No bleed through, but it is one shade darker.
