This happens to me often enough to keep my ego in check. Great disappointment in this one. I wanted to change colors of both fish and backround. Ended up with the bones melting into the lighter backround. Also more gaps than the teeth of my first date in high school. Likey do to the Holland Satin Tone thread I used as the wrap thread which is harder than Gudebrod and of course the Golden Years are affecting my eyes so it is taking me much longer to do things. Keeping it because the rest of the rod is way cool.

None of us are getting any younger Doc. However experience and treachery will beat youthful exuberance any day!!! You still manage some fabulous stuff.

Completely rocked it. Man that is nice. Probably my favorite tiger wrap too. Striking!

Hi Doc
first of all great work as always, my eyes are so weak now, I cant even see any gaps, it hits all of us, I was able to weave a Rainbow trout in about 90 minutes, now it takes me about 180 minutes with 10 power magnifying glasses.
I like the Olive branching.
Best Regards Mark Crouse
