The base is a piece of white plastic tube. A turned Winding check, and a piece of stingray lether. The Butt Cap is filled up with Rod Finish. To glue the Butt Cap in the blank I still have another tube glued into the Butt Cap.
I hope you understand me. I use a translation tool. My English is not very good.
