This pole is used for ulua (giant trevally) fishing. Here in Hawaii, we usually cast a pole like this with a 4/0 size trolling reel (Penn 113HLW size) and a 9 or 10oz sinker. After that, we send down our bait using a special swivel. Since there's a lot of waiting (and beer drinking) involved, the pole stays in a sand spike or rod holder. We put a bell on the pole so that the fisherman can be alerted of a fish on the line.

Thanks Dan. It took me a while to figure out how to get the right combination. I tried putting the red on top on a sample, and that didn't work. So, I went with the Red Metallic and Electra silver on the bottom with the black over, and it came out pretty much how I wanted it.
