The grip and pix both look pretty good to me! What did you use for butt cap and for transition from cork to blank? I like it!!

Looks like the butt cap is a cut down Fuji BRC, and the checks in the split grip are small hosels. I agree, it does look quite nice.

Yes a Fuji BRC19 butt cap, VWC winding checks, and Lamar Aranasas y Copano cork for butt, aft and button grips on a fish eagle II blank with Fuji concept guides in spiral fashion. I'm thinking of adding a gold accent ring but the ones I recently got feel cheap and I'm concerned about the finish holding up.


As for the pic test, I cant get much get closer-up without focus issues and a stand.
