Hi Dave,
Thanks. One eye is a SiC tip and the other is stainless steel mig wire wrapped around a screw diver shaft. It's helpful if you need to remove the spool without cutting the thread. They're mounted on a heavier piece on stainless wire that I epoxied into the wood.
