I changed the rod color to a green to blue color shift using pigments. The guides are PacBay "eliminator" rollers in black/gold; blue/green abalone under the centers of the rollers' black thread wraps with JT Olive Branch trims. There're a couple of photos of the abalone / roller wraps under Thread - the green color shift on the blank is also quite noticeable on those photos (green straight on / shifts to blue when the rod is turned vertical.
