An off shoot from JT's Dragon Scale, I think it kind of looks like a twizzler (lol). It's part of a rebuild on one of my first builds.

I never knew him personally. That's an old, old article from about 1998 or so. They come and they go. I get submissions every day from somebody, most are unknown to me. I fact check the stuff and if it's good and I think it would be of interest, I publish it. A lot of the builders active in the 90's aren't now, or else they've just dropped out of sight. Remember Joe Emig? Sure wish he'd get back into the craft or at least back in touch.

Nice job!!! I believe the JT Dragon Scale doesn't use the heat shrink as shown in the article. From what I've read, he is using D-size for the base and then wrapping over.
