Hands off drilling. Spring plunger holds cork secure while drilling. Can bore about 10 rings per minute with this tool.

Your shop must be pretty impressive. Is the spring tension adjustable, or the back stop adjustable, in order to provide more tension to the ring when using the more dense burl cork available these days? Or do you just apply more tension by pushing on the knob?...I'm quite tired of burning my thumb with the "jig" I use. (thumb pressure, with a 90 degree jig provided with a Craftsmen Benchtop)

The ring won't spin. The spring is held in place with a C or E clip. You could put in heavier spring if you wanted. But the concentration of force on the head of the pushrod is enough that I've not had it spin on any rings I've bored. I've bored thousands of rings with this very clamp. It's never failed and is still as good as new.

Where can I buy one of these? (frantically waving hand filled with money up in the air).

Andy Dear was making them for a time. You could contact him to see if has any left.
