OK Ellis please put your work into context. This is your FIRST color change weave and I am sure you have learned more than I can write for you. I would like to be able to show you my first attempt at color change weaving but unfortunately someone ran over it with an 18 wheeler, covered it in tar and burned my prized weave. I was heart broken NOT. The picture is focused on the rug so I cant see it really clearly. It appears you have some gap problem near the tail. I am confused about the pectoral fin area and I am not sure what I am seeing from the eye to mid fish in the backround thread(maybe just reflection) If you can please send me a better picture with focus on the weave only and if you can superimpose the pattern and I might be able to give you some more hints. But cut yourself some slack your next shot at this one will be bunches better and not too many people can do it as good as you are doing it right now. Send me that stuff in an email and lets see what we can do.

Doc, That is my best picture. I have a small Sony Cyber-Shot camera and I have to use the telephoto button to bring up the picture. I can't really get a good close-up. I take the pictures outside and the camera usually focuses on the background. The pattern looked tight but then I put the color preserver on it and it dried before I could do some more tightening on the pattern. I fell asleep. I have a pattern of a redfish jumping that I will weave next. If it doesn't come out ok then I will ask you for some help. I am just glad that I got through this one and didn't have the threads crossing over eachother. I don't know enough about computers to superimpose a pattern on a weave to send you the copy. I have a new friend that is a computer whiz so maybe I can get him to do it for me. My computer is an old one and I am still operating on Windows 98. I would like to know what photo program you are using though.
