Made from a scrape piece maple plywood from a cabinet maker. Guides on the bottom and the side keep it true to the saw table. Set you block on at the angle you want to cut and clamp down. Turn on the saw and slide the sled forward. Perfect straight cut every time. Repeatable results every time. Took about 2 hours and 3 beers to complete.
