My better half wanted a Salmon rod in Blue and gold.
Butt cap and all the checks are Brass, machined be my self, the Wood is; Curly Maple from West Virginia, Reel seat; Alps and the Blank is a Harrison Stalker 3 pc 10 ft.

That's just plain awesome! I'm assuming you stained the wood. It kinda' looks like a tiger wrap.

I saw this rod in person the other day and it looks way better in your hand. Just amazing work. I only hope best work is as good as stuff you toss out!
