uses about 7 grams less Rod Bond and takes about a minute. Use a rubber plug for a butt cap and I'm getting real close to breaking 3oz for a complete full handle 7' rod.

This is brilliant, and beautiful too! So you've got the smaller-diameter piece sized to fit directly inside of the Aero seat, correct? How long is the smaller piece for this handle?

This is also a fantastic photo to see what the carbon material should look like before applying the polyurathane finish.
