I built this rod for a rod Competition in Germany, I did half old Style and half new style, the Thread work is a color choice I usualy do not use but I had to get our colors in it to. The Reel seat is Nickel Silver and mad by my self also the spacer.

Mark, I've been looking at this for a couple of days and can't beleive the detail in the insert. The sturgeon is perfect and the metal work is beautiful, great job on this build. BTW the cork work is unique to boot.
