Note:
The motor is a 24 volt cordless drill that has been stripped and mounted. It is powered by a variable 24 volt power supply that is foot controlled.
I use this motor for doing glue ups as well as other tasks requiring power.
The gear case has a two speed lever on it so it can run 0-300 rpm or 0-2000 rpm.
Quite a useful tool.

The rod rests were made of patio door rollers, with plumbing department 0 rings added to the roller grooves. The arms and vertical pieces are made of aluminum bar stock and the base is made of kitchen cutting board.
Kitchen cutting board, because the plastic does not need finishing, does not chip or splinter and is easy to machine.

The bench top is a 12 foot section of kitchen counter top. Continuous, easy to clean and stable.

You would be proud of me Mr. Wilson. I just finished building mine last weekend! It's finally done. Thanks for selling me the motor, rollers, and stands.
