Now that's tight, right up to the mandrel! I can't seem to get such a clean edge with the tie downs. I must need more practice. Excuse for another rod Smile

Really nice, Lane - that is perfect. I went down the zip tie path but never got satisfied with the results. Are you zip tying before or after epoxy? Also, are you using any particular zip tie? Most were too stiff for me. Any tips you'd share are greatly appreciated.
