This is a rod I build for my son's 6th birthday. He is huge batman fan. This was my first EVA inlay. Didn't go real smooth but after talking to Billy at the show and going to the grip seminar AGAIN I "think" I know where I went wrong.

Great job, Chad. Looks like BV has a new disciple and a quick study.

Great! There is going to be one happy kid! Nothing more rewarding than building a rod for your kids then taking them out to use it.

I tell you what. Doing that inlay gave me alot of respect for the work and time that Billy puts into his rods and he makes it look easy.

Very nice, you're making me want to try out an eva grip.

What, it's not as easy as I make it out to be? lol. Keep at it, you did a great job on this entire rod. If you ever have Q's don't hesitate to ask. This is one of the best Theme rods I've seen, and I was fortuante enough to get to see it in person at the ICRBE. GReat work
