That is REALLY sweet!
I love the look of it.It's unusual for sure but very striking.
How much does it weigh compared to say regular burl cork or birch bark?
I would absolutely LOVE to get some of this bark.Does anyone know of a source for it?

The grip weighs about 1.4 oz. I just weighed enough burl cork to make the same length grip and it weighed in at 2.2 oz. So it would be about the same once you shaped the burl cork. I found some beside the woodpile at the cabin I was staying in. After that I took a long hike in the woods looking for downed trees.
