Incredible precision - I cannot see any overlap of Lumiseal onto the rod.
What is your secret?

If you look under the guide foot there is some on the blank. A blocking wrap is a must to keep the urethane from flying out of the tunnel.I give the first coat as I would with CP(flood)
No secret really just use a stiff brush. When the bristles go over the wrap they are stiff enough not to drop onto and hit the rod blank.

Scott - thanks for taking the time to explain. The blocking wrap is a great idea, and I now realize I need to work with a stiffer brush.
Regards,
Rick
